INSPECTION METHODS DEVELOPMENT

TEDIKO, s.r.o. company manages many development and technical support activities using its own capacities. The development of examination possibilities is an ongoing process. We try to adjust to all the realistic requirements of our customers. Thanks to our own 3D printers and 3D software we are able to design, model and build many preparations to check even the most complex shapes. Besides, some tools, standards and technical products are made in our own shop, equipped with millers, lathes and other machinery.

The mechanical shop of TEDIKO, s.r.o. prepares and produces samples and testing parts for the accredited Test Lab. It also prepares materials for various types of tests and other material processing activities.

We use both mechanical and spark erosion machining to create artificial flaws in the samples.

TEDIKO, s.r.o. company develops different inspection procedures not just reflecting the customers’ requests, but mostly following its own expertise, based on market research; these procedures are of course the company’s know-how, ensuring competitiveness. Thus, the inspection procedures are often developed even when nobody requests them. The company invests millions into innovations and own know-how.
