Material laboratory

Our Material test lab is located in the company’s headquarters, in the town of Chomutov. It analyses chemical composition of metallic materials, their mechanical properties, structural condition, character and level of damage, causes of damages etc. The lab also performs other activities related to the evaluations of materials.

The lab staff is able to carry out some of the inspections on site. These mobile material tests include namely chemical analyses / PMI, hardness measurements, and capturing metallographic replicas.

The Material test lab is divided into three basic rooms:

• Chemistry and corrosion
• Metallography
• Mechanical tests

Upon client´s request, it is possible to use the services of our accredited TEDIKO Test Lab, which is an independent organisational unit performing tests within the accredited scope. TEDIKO Test Lab is accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute.
