ROUGHNESS MEASURING

Material surface roughness is an important parameter of evaluation of the quality of finished surfaces defined by designers. It is also important from the viewpoint of surface protection. it is prescribed for both the defectoscopy and mechanical tests.

The lab is equipped with a mobile device that allows roughness measuring in-house, and in operation. Ra and Rz values can be established very quickly. Rounded surfaces, hollow spaces and orifices can be checked.
